Instructions
Peach Pastry
Preheat the oven to 400F
Unfold the pastry onto a baking sheet. Using a knife, divide each pastry into 6 squares. 12 total between the 2 sheets. NOTE: you may need more than one sheet pan.
Cut peaches into thin slices and stack 4-5 slices onto each pastry.
In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg. Sprinkle each peach pastry with about a 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Cut butter into small cubes and place 2-3 cubes on top of the peaches for each pastry.
Bake 12-15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and peaches are juicy!
Bourbon Hard Sauce
Meanwhile, prep the bourbon hard sauce.
Place melted butter, powdered sugar, bourbon and salt in a small bowl and mix together.
Top each pastry with a drizzle of bourbon hard sauce and a scoop of ice cream.
