- 2 oz. gin
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- crushed ice
- 16 oz raspberry wheat ale (1 can)
- optional: Lemon wedge and edible flowers for decoration
Start by crushing the ice. Wrap 2 cups of ice in a clean towel and fold edges so ice can’t escape. Place seam side down and wack with a rolling pin until crushed. Set aside.
In your glass, combine gin, maple syrup and lemon juice and stir. Top with crushed ice and top the drink with raspberry wheat ale or any fruit flavored wheat or sour beer you have. Stir until incorporated. Top with a sliced lemon wedge and some edible flowers if you have any.
